Bob Youngblood, President and founder of Youngblood Associates, formed YA in January 1998 as an executive search firm specializing in the placement of investment management professionals.

Prior to forming Youngblood Associates, Mr. Youngblood was the Managing Director of Investment Management Division for Management Recruiters of Nassau, Inc. He joined the company in 1989 following a successful career in banking from 1974 to 1989 in which he held senior positions in marketing, administration, management and operations.

With expertise in search, business development and client relations, his clients as an integral part of their strategic development efforts rely upon Mr. Youngblood. His clients range from national and international asset management firms to specialist boutiques. He is regarded as one of the top ranked executives in the industry, and brings a highly consultative approach to his business. He combines extensive industry knowledge, a vast professional network, and a highly developed ability to assess talent.

Mr. Youngblood received a Bachelor's Degree from the State University of New York.
